This is the legal page. Nobody loves reading these, but here's what you're agreeing to when you use cgs-growth.io.
What this site is
cgs-growth.io is our company website. We post information about what CGS Growth does, share some of our thinking on growth and SEO, and give you a way to get in touch. That's pretty much it. We're not a platform, we don't host user accounts, and there's nothing to sign up for besides our forms and the newsletter.
Anything we publish here — blog posts, case studies, guides — is our take on the topic at the time we wrote it. Industries change, algorithms change, and what worked in Q2 might not work in Q4. Don't treat anything on this site as a promise that you'll get specific results. We'd need to actually look at your situation before we could say anything meaningful about outcomes.
Don't do weird stuff
Use the site normally. Read things, fill out a form if you want to talk, share a link with a colleague. What we don't want: scraping our content to republish it, trying to break into the backend, using bots to spam the contact form, or anything that would make our hosting provider send us an angry email.
If something on the site breaks or looks off, we'd actually appreciate a heads up at contact@cgsteam.io.
Our content belongs to us
The text, images, and other materials on this site are ours (or we have permission to use them). You're welcome to quote us or link to us. Copying entire pages and putting them on your own site is a different story — don't do that.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other websites, tools, or articles. Once you click away from cgs-growth.io, you're on their turf and their terms apply. We link to things we find useful, but we're not vouching for every word on someone else's site.
Liability
We try to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date, but we run a consulting business, not a publishing house. If there's a typo in a blog post or a recommendation that doesn't pan out for your specific case, that's not something we accept liability for. The site is provided as is.
To be clear: nothing on cgs-growth.io constitutes professional advice. For actual business, legal, or financial decisions, talk to the appropriate professional (and if that professional is us, we'll give you real advice under a proper engagement, not through a blog post).
Changes
We might update this page if our setup changes or if our lawyer tells us to. We won't email you about it — the date at the top tells you when it was last touched.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If we ever have a dispute, we'll try to sort it out like adults first, but the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction if it comes to that.
